The Old Colony Burying Ground is Granville's original cemetery. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, this cemetery is the resting place for eighteen veterans of the Revolutionary War, thirty-nine from the War of 1812, and sixteen Civil War veterans, along with many other citizens of Granville.
