This monument was erected in honor and memory of the pioneers and founders of the Lake Henry community and Church from 1874 to 1954. Quoting from the stone:
"And this Stone which I have set for a pillar shall be God's house Gen: 28:22 whosoever thou art, enter on this ground with reverence and leave it not without a prayer for thyself and for thy brethern."
