Alfred C. Finn designed this late Art Deco building in 1947. The best views of this building (as well as the Esperson Buildings) can be had from the top floor of the McKinney Place Garage.

This building, one of the last Art Deco building erected in Houston, resulted from the merger of City National Bank and First National Bank into City National Bank.
