We pull off Interstate 90 to eat some lunch and we pass by all the franchise stuff along the interchange and head north into town.
Hey, let's try that "Honeybee's" place. Looks like they have people inside (meaning the locals probably like the food).
We look at the menu and notice the prices are really reasonable. But I also notice something listed under sandwiches - "Hrisko Melt."
Upon asking, I learn that it is burger patty with cheddar and swiss cheese on either side served on Texas toast which is then spread with 1,000 Island dressing.
Sounds good to me for under $5.00.
As we are leaving, my 7-year-old chimes, "I know why this is called Honeybee's, because they are so busy!"
