Disk is located about 15 feet SW of a USGS gaging station & is on the W bank of the creek.

To reach from the intersection of US 11 & PA 233: proceed S on US 11 for about 2 miles to Big Spring RD leading N. Follow Big Spring RD N for 1 mile to the disk on the right, just before the intersection of Log Cabin RD leading E.

Disk was most likely set in 2004.
