This Benchmark is just off the shoulder of Rt. 28N. The Benchmark is set horizontally in the top of a large flat boulder. It is 20 feet southeast of and about 2 feet below the centerline of the highway. It is 3.5 feet northeast of the southeast headwall of a concrete culvert.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
