Just behind Porta San Sebastiano, in front of the Wall museum, are the remains of an ancient arch, named after tribune Marcus Livius Drusus (late 2nd century BC), though actually built in the 3rd century AD.

It belonged to the no longer existing aqueduct which carried water into the city, in particular serving Caracalla's Baths, about 800 metres - ½ mile west of this spot.
