I found this cut benchmark by chance it is set into a flowerbed high above a path on Plymouth Sound. The stone also has WD 1867 inscribed on it and is along side another stone with 1812 written on it. I am not sure if this is where these stones are where they were meant to be when they were cut. It looks like they have been put there as a feature of the flowerbed.
