This memorial provided by the Faternal Order of Police is located on the front lawn of the Sevier County courthouse. The inscription reads:
This monument is dedicated
To all law enforcement officers
Past, present and future
Who have sworn to
"Serve and protect"
And to those officers who gave
Their lives in the line of duty
