One of probably hundreds of obelisks in Bellefontaine Cemetery in north St. Louis. This is one is the largest of them all.

The Hills obelisk was erected in 1891. It was erected by Eva Sturges Hills in memory of her husband Charles S. Hills. The obelisk weighs over 100 tons and is the tallest in St. Louis.
