Imagination Station is the place where everyone will enjoy exploring science and technology! See live animals up close, take a spin as a human gyro, or walk inside a giant mouth. And if the traffic on I-95 didn't get your hair standing on end, place your hand on the 10,000-volt Telsa coil and let static electricity do the job!
Even toddlers five-years old and younger will enjoy the Curiosity Corner. Science-related gifts and souvenirs are available in the museum store. Outside, see if the kids can find the 1932 USGS Benchmark mounted 4 feet above ground at the NE corner of the building, behind a friendly dinosaur. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for children (ages 4-7) and for senior adults. Children three and under are free. Ten percent discount for AAA members. See the website for group discounts.

Directions:
From Interstate 95, take exit 121 to Wilson. Turn right (easterly) onto Alternate 264 E (Exit 36B). Continue on Alternate 264 E into Wilson. The road becomes Raleigh Rd. Follow Raleigh Rd. straight through Wilson. You'll drive through a tree lined area, and the Wilson Recreational park will be on your left. At the next traffic light after the park, the road becomes Hines Street. Follow Hines Street and turn left onto Goldsboro St. (a post office will be on your right at the turn). Follow Goldsboro St. and turn Right onto Nash St. The museum is on the right hand side on the corner of Nash St. and Douglas St. Look for the science banners hanging from the building. Turn Right onto Douglas St. and park behind the museum in the lot provided.
