This is a simple two sided Zinc marker, that is surrounded by Orange Day Lilies.

Nathan P. Wilson died Apr. 7, 1850 at the age of 35 years, 6 months, and 7 days. Emily Foust was born Dec. 27, 1820, and died Oct. 2, 1869.

The back of the marker has a long text which reads, "We only know that thou hast gone, and that the same relentless tide which tore thee from us, still glides on, and we who mourn thee, with it glide."
