Another Buffalo area anchor with no available history behind it's previous use. It is adjacent to a memorial of Chester Gorski, who was a Buffalo city councilman and US Senator, but I'm sure it's unrelated to him. I did find it rather amusing that the anchor is cemented into the concrete memorial. Did they think someone was going to steal it? At any rate, the anchor is in a very nice area near the Erie Basin Marina and provides some great views of the Buffalo skyline and Lake Erie.
