This a dog park with three fenced areas, all adjacent to one another. Total area is approximately one acre.

Most of the times I have visited this particular park one of the three areas has been closed, presumably to give the grass a chance to recover.
Poop bags are available at every entrance and you are expected to use them, rules are posted.
The enclosed area is level and has several bences for owners to sit on and a decent view of the Arkansas river.
Although there are no facilities for people in the off leash area, there are restrooms a few hundred yards west at the far side of the soccer fields.
Leashed dogs are welcome throughout the several hundred acre Burn's Park. (Except on the golf course, of course.)
