This monument is on Canada Circle just off of MN Highway 3 in Rosemount, MN. Canada Circle USED to be part of Highway 3 before it was rerouted to ease traffic to and from Farmington and parts south. The monument can be found just to the north of the service entrance to a city storage area for gravel, sand, and dirt.
