This benchmark is located near the southeast corner of the Cow Canyon Rest Area. The benchmark is located along an abandoned southern entrance to the rest area. Benchmark was set in a concrete pillar by the Oregon Hwy. Dept. in 1930 and marked S10 and 3110 feet.
