This Firefighters memorial is dedicated to all Iowa firefighters. Its dedication, on April 10, 1994 was attended by 2500 firefighters and fellow Iowans. Four walls have the names of those who served in the past. There is also a fifth, special wall, listing those Iowa firefighters who have given the ultimate sacrifice.
