The Wilson Train Station was located on the Hojack Line of the New York Central Railroad. It was built in 1891 and it replaced the original station from 1876, which burned. The station was expanded in 1912 to its current size.

The Hojack Line ran parallel to Lake Ontario shoreline from Niagara Falls to Rochester. The line was abandoned around 1979 and the Wilson Historical Society took over sometime after that. Today, the station is still home to the Historical Society, and they have added a 1903 NYCRR caboose to the grounds.
