This suspension bridge spans the narrow gorge with the Big Wood River running underneath before emptying into Magic Reservoir. There is also a cache located here: Travelers Blues XI (Sheep Bridge)(GCGQG5).
Although I couldn't get verification, the story is told that the bridge was built to help get sheep from the north side to the south side grazing; hence, the name of the bridge.
There is supposed to be some pretty good fishing at this spot also, but I couldn't confirm that by experience. Beautiful views are all around this area, so bring your camera and watch for the kinds of critters that could spoil your day.
