As I understand it, this tree was first mentioned in Ripley's Believe it or Not. The tree was referred to as "The World's Most Perfect Tree". Lately, I have seen signs that designate it as "Ohio's Most Perfect Tree". It appears to be some variant of the Maple Family. The Tree is large and has very well formed branches and leaf dispersion. The Tree was formerly supposed to have an even fuller appearance. I blight afflicted the tree, a tree surgeon was brought in as the story goes, and repaired the tree, but it never returned to %100 of it's former grandeur. Size and Age are only rough estimates.
