Octagon-shaped mausoleum on the grounds of the Missouri Botanical Garden, is the final resting place for the gardens' founder, Henry Shaw.

The mausoleum was designed by architect George I. Barnett and is constructed of rose colored granite with a copper roof. Shaw is laid to rest beneath a white marble sculpture sculpted by German Ferdinand von Miller II. Shaw posed for this sculpture shortly before his death.
