This building was built in 1898 and served as the college library until 1966. It currently houses many of the administrative offices such as the Admissions Office, Financial Aid, Minority Student Affairs, and Foreign Student Services. It is also home to the Ancient, Medieval, and Renaissance Studies, Black World Studies, Women's and Gender Studies, and the Sagan National Colloquium programs. WSLN 98.7, the college's radio station is also housed here.

In researching the building I found that the building has a rather impressive stained glass ceiling. In the glass are portraits of Aristotle, George Bancroft ,Ludwig van Beethoven, Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Julius Caesar, Dante, Demosthenes, Victor Hugo, Abraham Lincoln, James Russell Lowell, Martin Luther, Michelangelo, Moses, St. Paul, Sir Walter Scott, William Shakespeare, George Washington and John Wesley. More information and photos of the ceiling can be found at Connect 2 OWU, which is Ohio Wesleyan's weekly online publication, Wikipedia, and OWU's Hompage.
