I hardly noticed this one since the sign is located along a small alley on the side of the building.

This is the Delaware Gazette building. It's somewhat interesting to visit beyond the fallout shelter due to its history in the area. The Delaware Gazette was founded in 1818, while changing names several times over the years, it is still being published today. Before the Gazette was sold to Brown Publishing in 2004 it had been owned by one family longer than any other newspaper in the U.S.
