This cap is located along the Neff Road, a half mile east of 27th Street, at the intersection of Neff and Eagle Roads. The cap is located near the centerline of Neff Road and near the center of the southbound lane of Eagle Road. The cap is marked T 17 S, R 12 E, 1/4 Corner between 26 & 35. It was set for the Deschutes County Surveyor’s Office. The cap is quite worn due to traffic wear. This cap has frequently been misidentified as QD1694 which is designated EAGLE and was located near south edge of Neff Road at this intersection prior to the widening of Neff Road.
