The marker was most likely monumented in early 1900's but it could be as late as 1947.

The bridge was built in 1879. The (First) Cincinnati District of Corps of Engineers was formed in 1866 and disbanded in 1947. The Second Cincinnati District was established in 1880 to direct civil works on Ohio River tributaries, and was abolished in 1922. The downstream Lock No. 9 was opened for navigation in 1903 and upstream Lock No. 10 about 1906.

The most similar disk image I found is for HY1179 (visit link) which is however a B.M. disk.
