The memorial consists of a grey granite stone with a relief of the Amvets seal located above inscription that reads: "Dedicated to the memory of the brave men who gave their lives at Pearl Harbor December 7, 1941- 'A date that will live in infamy' Franklin Delano Roosevelt - Installed by Amvets 1984"
