"Kinetic Sculpture" is located next to the skate park in the Steel Lake Park Annex. The piece is constructed of glass, steel, aluminum and copper and when the wind blows it starts to spin in every direction imaginable.

Be sure to visit on a breezy day to get the full effect of the sculpture. This is part of my Federal Way "Sculpture Scramble" series of geocaches consisting of 4 regular caches and a mystery final cache.
