The citizens of Ashley, Indiana, decided they wanted an extraordinary water tower, so they gave theirs a happy face!
This delightful water tower smiles at everyone that drives by on the Interstate. If you look carefully, you'll see that "he" even sports a bowtie!
This is the most striking and memorable water tower we've ever seen. It's wonderful to drive by and see the smile - it really can brighten a bad day, and make a good day better.
