This is the fifth and final summit of the Nantlle ridge from Rhyd Du (although some walkers continue to Garnedd Goch). There is a very steep descent to do before the final pull up to Craig Cwn Silyn begins.

The Nantlle Ridge is a well known high level walk involving some easy scrambling. There are 5 summits to visit, each one is different. If there is more than one in the party it is best to park a car at both ends of the ridge, otherwise it has to be reversed like when I did it.
