Two of the 5 mixed media cultural window murals to be installed in downtown Silver City are finished as of this posting. The murals are being installed in the covered-over windows on the side of a historic building at Market Street and Bullard Street. The murals are created by local students with direction of local artist using a variety of materials: glass, ceramics, canvas and paint.
These are beautiful 3-dimensional murals that are a treat to see.
