Had recently received the Garmin Foretrex 101 as a Father's Day present ('05) and wanted to check out Marking of known points. As I had been using it just for bushwalking and exercising tracking. So stopped off at Bulahdelah (solo), and headed to the lookout (where Tooth Fairy is now), then around the back of the mountain and up the goat path to the top. On the Eastern side found the black vanes from the trig. Also found a State Survey Marker away from the Alum Trig. On the way down found the 'Private Property' sign.
