This fountain can be found in Lisbon City Museum.
The City Museum is located in the Pimenta Palace.
The palace was build by appointment of King D. João V in the XVIII century for his mistress Madre Paula, a nun from the Odivelas Convent.
We presume that the fountain was built during the construction of the Palace.
The fountain is in the Palace/Museum Gardens.
The Palace/Museum can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday from 10h-13h and 14h-18h. It´s closed on Mondays and Hollidays.
The entrance to the museum is payed but it´s free to the gardens. On Sunday´s and the 18th May the entrance to the museum is free.
Unfortunately the fountain was not working when we took the photos.
