This fountain is located by the main entrance of the Public Park (it seems this is the only name for it) of Sulaymaniyah

The Public Park is located literally across the street from the gate to the old town of Sulaymaniyah. It's not big but it's well packed with details and points of interest.
By the entrance there is this fountain, a rectangular basin coated with blue tiles. There are two water jets, one of which side of a funny sculpture placed in the center of the basin.
