This scenic overlook is located in Labadee in the Nord department of Haiti with a rewarding, scenic view overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There is a rugged, rocky trail of uneven surface over stacks of crustacean formations that leads to the lookout. The lookout point is named after the 'dragon-like' appearance of the rock formation jetting outwards towards the sea.
