The four panel Utility Box is set on a narrow concrete pad beside Hill Street in Richmond, near a short series of Challenge Geocaches that I had qualified for back in 2013, but hadn't been able to make the trip to 'over the ditch' since - until holidaying with my son. While walking between the caches I noticed this pink and blue painted Utility Box, so went and grabbed my camera to document it.
It looks like the mural is of a young indigenous lady wrapped in pink clouds with a hand raised to a crescent moon. The top and back of the box are painted plain sky blue.
