Tree "house" - Outside Wooden Display Carvings on Waymarking.com

I was caching in the area and spotted this full size door carved into an old cottonwood tree and painted yellow. The carving is hand done and very detailed.

I was not able to find any info about who did this or why. If you know please post it in your log.
