This silver painted bell is located outside the American Legion/Boy Scout building in Cecil. The bell's markings have been painted over numerous times as the bell seems to have layers and layers of paint on it. In front of the bell is a small plaque that says 'IN MEMORY OF Cecil Boy Scout Troop No. 1' that shows signs of aging.
There is a cache in the tank somewhere that drives people crazy, so, if you are a cacher, at least you can log a waymark while logging your first DNF on the
cache .
