The different coloured, square ceramic pieces are cemented onto a 2.5m tall concrete wall near the steel Water Tower. Mostly using the colours of the rainbow, it shows a family of three elephants in a similar rural setting to the Kuala Gandar Elephant Sanctuary (that you will be walking through, to find this.) * There is a fee for going through the sanctuary which is cheaper if you are a local, so choose your booking site wisely.
