ABOUT 1.0 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 35 FROM THE POST OFFICE AT ROWENA, ABOUT 0.85 MILE NORTHEAST OF THE EAST END OF EARTHEN PORTION OF WOLF CREEK DAM, AT THE OUTSIDE OF A CURVE WITH TANGENTS EXTENDING WEST AND NORTHEAST, 22 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF ROAD, 34 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTH END OF A 24-INCH PIPE CULVERT WITH CATCH BASIN, ABOUT 102 YARDS EAST OF WEST END OF A ROCK CUT, SET VERTICALLY IN THE FACE OF ROCK CUT AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET ABOVE HIGHWAY.
