Alem Cultural and Entertainment Center was inaugurated on the 18th March 2012. It is considered a cultural center but the real star of the complex is the indoors ferrys wheel, considered as the largest in the world by the Guinness Book of Records.
In the complex there is a room packed with children entertainment items, including a classic small carousel. The room is often not active. In fact only in special days, when it's expected a crowd, the items will be available. By then they are man operated.
The carouse has a classic design and the poles are attached to several animals. Most of them are horses but also a deer and a zebra can be seen.
The cost of the ride is unknown.
