This mark is probably part of a survey of the Village of Skokie. It includes a couple dozen or so marks of high accuracy that made it into the NGS database, as well as these smaller, less protected, and presumably less accurate marks that dot the village.

This mark is on the southwest corner of Old Orchard Road and Crawford Avenue, set into the sidewalk in a handicapped-accessible depression.
