[ES] “Molino de viento harinero construido en 1762 durante la fundación del pueblo por los franceses. De torre cilíndrica con una altura de 12 metros y reforzado con la planta baja cuadrada con tres naves con arco, este molino fue el primero de los tres construidos. Funcionó hasta 1949, momento en que un fuerte viento de tramuntana lo hizo caer. En 1987 se reconstruye, conservando la maquinaria original, gracias a la adquisición que había hecho el Consell Insular de Menorca tres años antes.”

[EN] “This is a flour windmill built in 1762 as the town was being founded by the French. This mill, which has a cylindrical tower 12 metres tall and is reinforced with a square ground level with three arched naves, is the first of the three to be built. It was in operation until 1949, when a heavy wind led it to collapse. It was rebuilt in 1987, keeping the original machinery thanks to the fact that the Island Council of Menorca had purchased it three years earlier.”
