"Located in a small town in the Campagne-lès-Hesdin region, this modest building is distinguished by a low nave, without much character, and by a much higher choir, supported by buttresses and finished with a canted chevet. Above the triumphal arch, a gable reinforced with bricks ends with a small bell-wall.

We can read on the exterior cornice of the chevet: Anno Domini 1782. One of the neighboring buttresses also bears the inscription: "1787, augustin tient". A hundred years ago, Rodière reported to the Departmental Archives, in the collection of the priory of Maintenay (Series G), the presence of a large file of estimates and receipts concerning this reconstruction, dated 1781-1782.

Inside, the nave is covered with a simulated vault, with a low profile, made of plaster and laths on a light wooden frame. The vault of the choir, which has partly collapsed, has been renewed with natural wooden slats.

The oldest of the bells, blessed in 1665 by Abbot Antoine Turpin, priest of Gouy, bears the names of its godfather, Jacques Bellevalet Le Josne, and its godmother, Marie Garbe, wife of Antoine Cosse, known as La Cousture."

" Situé dans une petite commune de la région de Campagne-lès-Hesdin, ce modeste édifice se signale par une nef basse, sans grand caractère, et par un chœur nettement plus élevé, épaulé par des contreforts et terminé par un chevet à pans coupés. Au-dessus de l'arc triomphal, un pignon renforcé de briques se termine par un petit clocher-mur.

On lit sur la corniche extérieure du chevet: Anno Domini 1782. L'un des contreforts voisins porte par ailleurs l'incription : « 1787, augustin tient ». Il y a une centaine d'années, Rodière signalait aux Archives départementales, dans le fonds du prieuré de Maintenay (Série G), la présence d' un important dossier de devis et de quittances concernant cette reconstruction, datée de 1781-1782.

À l'intérieur, la nef est couverte d'une voûte simulée, au profil surbaissé, faite de plâtre et de lattis sur armature légère en bois. La voûte du chœur, qui s'est en partie effondrée, a été renouvelée en lames de bois naturel.

La plus ancienne des cloches, bénie en 1665 par l'abbé Antoine Turpin, curé de Gouy, porte les noms de son parrain , Jacques Bellevalet Le Josne, et de sa marraine, Marie Garbe, femme d'Antoine Cosse, dite La Cousture."
