Amongst other artefacts in the permanent exhibit, the visitor of the National Museum of Namibia will spot an artillery piece. This was used by the Germans in the early 20th century, when Southwest Africa, modern Namibia, was a colony of that European nation. Probably saw some action in the wars against the uprising tribes.
