"Rebuilt in the 16th century, it has an 18th-century tower made of exposed brick crowned by a unique Byzantine-style dome.
The original church was built in the mid-16th century. In the second half of the 18th century, the current head had to be built and it would later be expanded to three naves. Contemporary with the extension must be the tower, which was repaired after the earthquake of 1884. It has recently been the subject of another intervention."
