The Deutscher Pfadfinderbund Südwestafrikas, translating from German as German Scout Association of South-West Africa, is a natural descendant from the Bund deutscher Pfadfinder Südwestafrikas (Union of German Scouts in South West Africa), which was founded in 1928 got gradually close to the Nazis and was banned by South Africa in 1939 at the outbreak of the Second World War.
In the 60's a new organization with links to the original movement was created, keeping the essence of the former logo. It's their headquarters in Swakopsmund (there is a plaque with the year 1975 and the boy scout organization logo) that can be found here, in a nice house built in a shape of a fort.
