We stumbled across this Half Wit as we were heading across town to catch an interstate highway going North. Made a safe U-turn to get photos. It is in very good shape. The right fingers are pointed up and the left are pointed down. It is holding a large muffler. He has a yellow straw hat on his head, gapping teeth, and redish brown hair. His pants, with patches, are held up by a pair of red suspenders.
