It is at the rea of the Little Haven Hotel, on a grassy area.

It is positioned so that it is looking past a nearby light house and out to sea.

It has its mouth open and the tongue appears to be hollow as if it originally formed part of a fountain. If this is true it certainly no longer functions as a fountain.
