"The Mexican group Cojab has purchased the El Mirador (Cuenca), Alzamora (Alcoy, Alicante) and Odeón (Narón, A Coruña) shopping centers for seventy million euros, according to information published by the economic newspaper Expansión citing market sources.

The salmon newspaper explains that until now the centers were owned by Eurofund and Patron. The Mexican group closes the operation in alliance with Grupo Shantiprem, with a predominant weight in shopping centers in the Canary Islands. Cojaswinvest, a union of Shantiprem and Cojab, also took over the Itaroa shopping center last year, located in Huarte (Navarra).

The Mirador de Cuenca was inaugurated in 2002 and has an area of ??16,400 square meters, distributed over two commercial floors."
