The Geelong Botanic Gardens are located within Eastern Park on the eastern outskirts of the central business district and were established in 1850. Set on 81ha, the gardens have grown and transformed to include a variety of gardens and lawns, including the modern and innovative 21st century water-wise garden. Iconic Geelong bollards and an assortment of sculptures and fountains can be found within the gardens.
